Agarwal’s Residence, an upcoming modern residence spanning 600 sq. yards in the city of Agra, is meticulously designed to reflect the personality and refined taste of its clients. This exquisite project incorporates a contemporary approach to modern houses in India. The multi-level residential building is conceived with striking architectural design. The facade features a harmonious blend of white walls and concrete elements, characterized by organic, curved shapes and strategically placed greenery. Three arched openings with slatted screens dominate the second level, while the upper level showcases a large, cantilevered concrete structure. Circular cutouts add visual interest, and lush plants cascade from multiple levels, integrating nature into the building’s design. Horizontal slated elements at the ground level provide texture, and a small garden area softens the street-facing view. The building’s clean lines and contemporary aesthetic, coupled with the integrated greenery, create a unique and visually appealing urban residence.
