The office for a real estate developer has been designed as an open space with abstract flowing in theme. The office in the basement has a built up area of 1300 sq. ft. The primary objective was to keep it functional with MD Cabin, six workstations and two small cabins apart from the reception. The client intended to keep the budget low but at the same time wanted a modem interior. In the process to save cost, the ceiling was left untouched at most of places, also the emphasis was to use existing materials to raise utility in the new design. One gets down in the front area defined by the reception table. The workstations are stacked along till the end, while the MD space is aligned along the other end of the site. The color theme is kept as white with low cost pine wood and pastel shades adding ambience to space.
