The house for Duggal’s was designed as four storey luxury house with modern style carefully woven architecture. The house has abundant inflow of natural light from the front, rear and skylights. The ground floor has drawing, dining and living room and a kitchen, where as first floor has a lobby, two bedrooms. The second floor again had two bedrooms, a meditation room and a terrace. The third floor has a gym along with spa and sauna overlooking the beautiful terrace with covered sitting and water body.
The house oriented in east west direction and gets natural light throughout the day. The meditation room is featured by a wooden jaali with rectangular cutouts of varying sizes on two walls and is also highlighted by its wooden flooring. This also acts as a striking feature in the elevation of the building.
The elevation is cladded with silver travertine Italian stone complementing the wooden finishes.
